Sometimes it takes graphic artest countless hours to create once piece of art, while others create something unusal in only minutes. But, quality of the art is in the eye of the beholder. I have seen many people hate works of art that took weeks to finish and like something that was made in 5 or 10 minutes, also is true the other way around. So don't knock the art, just get busy yourself and create something.
