There is no cure for "Stupid"

As Sen. Grassley makes remarks about this administration the advisor quickly fires back with rhetorical comments.  But, what I found remarkable was the ability of the old man to communicate on twitter the way he does.  It is quite understood that you can't cure stupid, so in my opinion he is just calling a spade a spade.
