Ghost Sites
Many of us surrender to our fears as something goes bump in the night, but some of us leap at the chance to search out the scary things that make us sweat and shiver at the aspect of really finding something. However, you and everyone can rest assured there is something in it for everyone.
During my endeavors to find such ghost or ghouls I have discovered more the hobby and passion for photography in the field of UrbEx or Urban Exploration. Where many would go and search out old abandoned buildings, view all the taggers art work on walls and on street corners etc. There is a love for the unknown and still the anxiety of exploring the unknown, but certainly not many ghost to encounter. However, I still leap to the chance when I find one to try and snag some glimpse of the ever illusive creature that seems to be mostly transparent.
Photography in the UrbEx brings us closer to the old buildings and allows us to explore history on the inside of things. Even if from afar we must endeavor to snap a shot off, we are normally satisfied. But there is an unquenchable thirst for the inner works of that old building, and particularly the one that offers many places to search and gather photos.
I plan on following this dream, even now as it is a hobby of mine I will one day make it a gig I can explore further and by then have a good game plan to make the old buildings hang from the walls of office spaces and homes alike. I would like to see my work posted in the gallery and people standing abounding the unique new concept of Exploration of photography. If there are any ghost in the photos then that will be a plus.
