Population Control - The Greater Conspiracy

The CDC played in favor of the whole grandiose scheme of genetic manipulation of viruses and could have widespread ramifications for the governments role in population control. In other words, what if a virus such as Covid-19 were to be weaponized and used against certain countries in order to reduce population but at the same time provide funding for those who actually done the atrocities.
How does this work? Someone must hatch the idea and others think of ways to make it happen. And better yet, since they are thinking of these things why not think of how to capitalize off it. It starts, I guess you could say, with ideas which are then formulated and agreed upon as a major collective over reaching agenda. One for which would require key players to buy into the proposition. This of course in widely known as the New World Order (NWO) or UN Agenda No. 21.
Hatched up as early as Ronald Reagan's term in office, and added to and developed until around Obama's presidency. It is really unknown how long this idea has been in place, but the first mentions of a New World Order was from the mouth of Ronald Reagan when speaking to the UN. The President (Obama) signs off on the Agenda at the UN assembly while in office, of course there was a kink in the plan of action. They didn't anticipate Trump winning the election.
However, they still intended to carry out their plan anyway. Now of course to get the whole gist of what this plan is you would have to read the United Nations Agenda 21, for yourself. But in a nutshell it lays down the rules for how the world will form all its nations into a singular government autocracy or monotheistic empire, with some oligarch in control. And certain nations would be assigned rolls in this ideal NWO.
So Gates hatch up an idea in 2017 about depopulation through a virus pandemic using comparative models from the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918 and the Zika virus. This idea that Mr. Bill Gates, then Microsoft CEO then stated the idea that people should become more aware, and the nation was unprepared for a pandemic on some epic scale, this coming from a software developer. He and his wife invest time and money, while completely getting involved into the biology on a molecular level. Their investment gains support through other corporations and or connections, which are able to manipulate genes or DNA reference to the company that coins the process CRISPER.
Bill gates has purchased his own laboratories, and has assistance of the CDC for isolating the Human form strain of the Corona Virus and patented that process so it is truly his project for saving humanity; through depopulation? But also shows that the over-all agenda is on course with the grand scheme. This virus is sent to a remote laboratory in Wahun china, which the facilities of course has connections to Mr. George Soros, the guy who provided major funding for the facility to the Chinese Now early own it is stated by Mr. Gates that he suspects that there could be a outbreak in the near future, this was stated in enough time to allow co-conspirators to make business decisions, say with drawing stocks and investments into medical supply and such...(congressmen and women). Democrats.
Motive to depopulate the world, means through contacts with the Wuhan facility and though contacts via CDC and laboratories, opportunity though his recognition as one of the world richest people, software company association and affiliation with the scientific community. The questions which still need answers are; how did the congressional democrats in congress know what was going to happen, did he tell them ahead of time, this is what I'm going to announce before it goes down or did they receive a phone call after it was in progress. Can every step of the process of transferring the Covid-19 to Wuhan and its release be traced. We are certain that some can be, if not on site than off site, perhaps through correspondents and or research documents, chain of custody, declaration via customs etc.
What should be known is there are two different strains of the virus in terms of etiologic givings; the bats and the human version. In order for this virus to become bad as it were, they would have nearly had to have been combined in some fashion, in this case likely in a laboratory for weaponization. Just like Mr. Gates eluded to in one of his videos on the subject. Conspiracy theory? Judge for yourself, what better time to do this than before President Trumps re-election, what better time to do this if Trump might win even, because the NWO has suffered set back and this event could destroy the Presidents credibility for the next term in office. On the other hand, what would Trumps opponents have done by this point in their administration had they been elected. Hum... Perhaps, if we still existed by this time they still would have tried to kill us all anyway. Because the NWO agenda hasn't went away.
